Pokémon GO – Nintendo contra os brasileiros?
Desde o seu lançamento, Pokémon GO tem causado comoção e apelos mundiais! Um apelo em específico tem dominado a internet nesses últimos dias: o que solicita, implora, pede e mendiga para que a Niantic/Nintendo lance o jogo no Brasil.
Bom, o jogo tem sido um sucesso e isso é fato! Não cabe nesse post explicar o jogo ou suas funcionalidades que o fazem ser tão desejado. Não faremos isso, ok?
A ideia desse post originou-se devido ao fato de, nos últimos dias, ter surgido nos corações de muitos brasileiros um sentimento de que somos perseguidos pela Niantic/Nintendo que não lança o jogo no Brasil. O sentimento aumenta ainda mais pois esse já é o segundo jogo que não vem para o solo tupiniquim, não é? A gente entende a angústia dessas pessoas, mas temos que ressaltar que Pokémon e Miitomo são coisas completamente diferentes! O Miitomo talvez tenha uma pequena chance de nem aparecer por aqui (se bem que agora ninguém liga mais, né?). Já Pokémon é uma franquia mundial e aclamada aqui no Brasil e seria besteira a Niantic/Nintendo não lançar aqui.
Em uma rápida consulta às redes sociais percebemos que uma das declarações que mais lemos é: “somos um povo apaixonado por Pokémon e a Niantic/Nintendo não lança aqui, que absurdo!”. Seja bem-vindo ao clube de amantes de Pokémon, pessoal! Os países para os quais a Niantic/Nintendo lançou o jogo até agora também são fanáticos pelos monstrinhos. Nenhum país que tenha recebido Pokémon GO até agora é conhecido por odiar os monstrinhos, não é? Daí o sucesso mundial e estrondoso que o jogo tem feito.
Essa ideia de que estamos sendo perseguidos é tão sem pé nem cabeça que, pra vocês terem uma ideia, o Japão, que tem uma população muito mais fanática pelos Pokémons do que a nossa, só recebeu o jogo recentemente. Repito: o Japão é muito mais fanático por Pokémon do que nós! Basta ver que lá tem gente que sai com orelhinha do Pikachu no meio da rua! Eles foram perseguidos pela Niantic/Nintendo também? A Big N atrasou a estreia em seu próprio “reduto”, logo, se formos seguir a mesma lógica, ela está perseguindo o Japão também, não é? Percebeu que não faz sentido algum?
Uma outra coisa a se levar em consideração é que aplicativos desse tipo envolvem uma estrutura de Tecnologia da Informação (servidores, links de internet, etc) grande que deve ser levada em conta e, principalmente, testada muito bem! Adicionado a isso, com certeza eles também analisam as leis dos países para os quais eles estão indo. Afinal, ninguém quer tomar processos e multas por besteira, não é? Para você ter uma ideia de como a coisa é gigantesca e precisa ser feita com cuidado, quando o jogo foi oficialmente lançado no Japão o fluxo de jogadores aumentou tanto que derrubou os servidores no mundo todo. Nem precisamos lembrar que o Brasil tem uma população maior do que a do Japão não é?
Em uma entrevista recente (Leia aqui), a Niantic havia explicado que a demora no lançamento japonês foi devido os servidores locais não suportarem o fluxo de jogadores. Era preciso primeiro ajustar os servidores, o que também deve ocorrer com o Brasil independente dos servidores serem locais ou não. Houve também outro motivo importante para o atraso, a Niantic/Nintendo fechou uma parceria com o MC Donalds para que todos os restaurantes da franquia fossem transformados em ginásios por lá. Isso nos traz de volta ao Brasil! Podemos esperar algo assim no país por um simples motivo: a rede de fast-foods é uma das patrocinadoras oficiais das olimpíadas e os visitantes com certeza irão querer capturar Pokemons em solo brasileiro! Imagine então o lucro que a rede teria se esse publico pudesse desafiar seus ginásios? Pode ser que tenhamos Pokémons andando pelas ruas pouco antes de as Olimpíadas começarem! Mas isso não é nada oficial, é apenas uma expectativa!
Portanto amiguinhos, acredito que a Niantic/Nintendo não está contra o Brasil ou qualquer outro país. É só uma estratégia de lançamento que está adotando. Keep Calm e prepare-se para lutar contra a equipe Lovers Rocket! Os Pokémons virão para o Brasil! É só ter paciência e menos rancor no coração.
