Descobrimos o Significado da Blood Moon?
Nesta quarta-feira (31/01/2018) tivemos o evento da lua de sangue que me fez relembrar, quase que instantaneamente, o jogo The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Para quem ainda não jogou o jogo, existe um evento no jogo que, na verdade é um respawn de inimigos, que é simbolizado por uma lua vermelha, a Blood Moon.
Vendo algumas notícias sobre o assunto, reparei que vários sites dizem que religiosos veem esse evento como presságio do fim dos tempos (apocalipse), quando então o filho de Deus, Jesus Cristo, voltaria após longos anos de ausência.
Buscando um pouco mais, vi que em 2014 houve quatro luas de sangue durante o ano, o que pode ter sido usado como base para o jogo lançado em 2017. Além disso, há alguns aspectos do jogo que podem ser tratados como meras coincidências ou como referências propriamente ditas. E são sobre esses aspectos que trataremos este post.
Antes de continuar esse texto, quero ressaltar que não sou religioso e que, de forma alguma, esse texto tem o intuito de comparar ou denegrir a imagem de qualquer religião, seja nas comparações com situações, seja nas comparações feitas com os personagens.
Primeiramente, o fato de a lua de sangue simbolizar o apocalipse. Na bíblia há uma passagem que diz: “O sol se converterá em trevas, e a lua em sangue, antes que venha o grande e terrível Dia do Senhor” (Joel 2:31). Bom, o apocalipse está bem retratado no jogo inteiro por meio de uma hyrule completamente destruída, esperando um salvador por 100 longos anos. Esse salvador seria o Link, que no início do jogo acorda do seu sono em uma câmara chamada Shrine of Resurrection (tradução livre: santuário da ressurreição). Atentem para a palavra “ressurreição”!
Os quatro cavaleiros do apocalipse! Estes seriam retratados na história de Zelda como os Ganons que habitam as quatro Divine Beasts. Após derrotar as quatro divine beasts, você acorda a alma do guardião de outrora para ajudá-lo a derrotar o chefe final, o último Ganon (que pode ser simbolizado pelo Senhor das Trevas), e, assim, salvar os habitantes do planeta.
A Blood Moon no jogo é um lembrete que o mundo está no fim e que, não importa quantos inimigos você derrote, eles ressurgirão.
Ainda sobre a passagem bíblica, há o termo “dia do Senhor” que, pesquisando em alguns lugares, obtive a informação de que seria o dia da batalha final em que Jesus e seus anjos ressuscitados derrotariam o exército malígno. Será que a semelhança com Link sendo auxiliado por guardiões ressuscitados seria mera coincidência?
Enfim, esse texto traz só algumas coincidências que percebi lendo sobre o assunto e que gostaria de compartilhar com vocês. Afinal, seriam alguns eventos do Breath of the Wild inspirados no apocalipse da bíblia?
