E se… Uma nova proposta para o Mario
A sexta-feira 13 de janeiro de 2017 chegou causando e dividiu o mundo gamer entre aqueles que gostaram da apresentação do Nintendo Switch e os que não gostaram da apresentação (entre os quais me incluo). Nesse post não vou abordar o que me desagradou na apresentação, talvez um dia, quando eu conseguir entrar em um estado de paz interior fale sobre isso, ok? Porém, se você quiser, pode ouvir o que achamos no POWdcast #20.
Bem, nesse dia foi apresentado o novo Mario, agora chamado de Odyssey. Não, não sou dos que acha ruim o encanador bigodudo interagir com humanos, porém, entretanto, todavia, achei ruim ele interagir com humanos “realistas”. Para mim, é como se você pegar um personagem da série Lego Batman e colocar dentro do jogo Batman Arkham. Contextos diferentes deveriam ser tratados de forma diferente. Na minha opinião, seria mais legal colocar os humanos seguindo os traços da Rosalina, Peach ou de outros personagens humanoides da franquia. Isso é uma opinião minha, mas acredito que o jogo em si será muito bom.
No entanto, esse jogo me fez refletir sobre um jogo muito bacana, que seria extremamente possível e que venderia muitas cópias. Imagine esse Mario como um jogo de mundo aberto, com uma infinidade de missões principais e side-quests; que entre uma missão e outra, você possa simplesmente caminhar pela cidade; que em determinado ponto da cidade você tenha um Kartódromo onde você ativaria o modo Mario Kart 8 do jogo; que em outro ponto da cidade existam um estádio de Tênis (Mario Tennis), um estádio de futebol (Strikers Charged) e outros tipos de estádios esportivos.
Legal, né? Pense agora em uma área de board games onde você joga Mario Party com seus amigos! Ou então um canteiro de obras onde você pode construir suas fases do Super Mario (Mario Maker). Que tal uma arena em que você possa lutar (Super Smash Bros)? Amiibos poderiam entrar na história, trazendo novos personagens para jogar e novas missões principais.
Claro que a Nintendo nunca faria isso, pois é mais viável vender avulso cada jogo do que vender uma cópia apenas, porém que seria bem legal ter um All-in-One desse seria, né? Quanto ela cobrariapor isso? Eu não sei! Mas eu estaria muito disposto a comprar esse jogo de diversão completa!

Tem um jeito massa disso acontecer: Este ser o MENU do Switch! Tipo, você pode andar por aí com o Mario ou o seu Mii, pra acessar cada um dos jogos da cidade. Seria algo do tipo do que fez a Sony com o Playstation Home, com possibilidade inclusive de áreas com vídeos, propagandas, áreas de shopping (comprar games online, etc). Seria fueda!
